I am exploring Student Payment and Accounting feature.
For my use case, we require one small payment per student at registration time. We want to be able to note the form of payment (cash, check, electronic, etc.) and the person paying for that.
And is it possible to remove the "Lunch Payment" field and checkbox from the payment page?
Our school is very small, around 150 students total. 100% of staff are volunteers and we ask for $150 per student to pay for books and materials so there's only one single payment require which parent can pay at registration or during the first week.
