[Solved] Configuration Screen no longer accesible

I cannot access school configuration screen, When I click there, it just shows the dashboard screen. I try with another admin user and it's the same thing. After a few clicks back and forth, there is a Ajax error, and under some routers, it leaves the website inaccessible .

Is there any way to do a full reset without reinstalling from zero?

You can reset the files by doing an update, that is download RosarioSIS, extract the files and copy them over the existing ones.
If the error persists, it would be interesting to have the AJAX error message, and the corresponding error from the Apache log.

the error persisted after copying and overwriting the files. I'm trying to access the apache logs over cpanel, but i cant find them. I'll keep in touch. thank you

Thanks for the screenshots.
Those errors happen because your server is not responding (timeout) and / or your local internet connection has gone.
This has nothing to do with RosarioSIS itself.

Tried installing all again. new database, new user, new subdomain.
Same error.
Tried changing browser, from firefox to chrome. same result.
tried creating a new user admin. didn't work either
tried local installation and it worked, but i need to access everywhere, so it's of no use to me.
i'll try to install on a different hosting to see if something changes

Finally i could try installing on another hosting
Same error.
i dont know what else could I try..
i'd appreciate any kind of help.
I was particulary interested on the Inventory module

If it is working for you on localhost and not on your hosting, we can deduce there is some misconfiguration on your host server.
I can help you find the root cause. For this, you can subscribe to the Maintenance contract at https://www.rosariosis.org/services/ (contracts are commitment-free). Then please provide access to your cPanel and an admin account of RosarioSIS.

Did you finally manage to get help from your hosting provider or solve the issue by yourself ?

It made me think your issue is maybe related to ModSecurity, have you tried disabling it for the subdomain ?
