Attendance glitch or error?

Here's another issue on attendance module: By default, the attendance is "Present" as set in the configuration unless the student is Absent/Tardy and the teacher mark it A or T. Here in the screenshot below as Attendance Summary, the students are present, but in the summary it's empty and sometimes it is mark Absent even the teacher did not mark it as by default it is present. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Please suggest how to fix this issue in attendance. Thank you

Thanks for the screenshot.

I do not quite understand where the error is.
Is it about the missing attendance in the spots you have circled in red?
Did you check the attendance was actually taken for those students on Period "P7"?

According to the teacher of this grade level, the attendance was taken during this period P7. The students were not absent, so automatically by default the system will mark it "P" as it shows in the "Present" column Present, but why there's no markings or empty on that particular box in P7?

I would say the students where the code is empty / missing are not enrolled in a course on that period (P7).
