GPA not Calculated (in 2 schools)

I am doing work as tech support in both schools with individual domain. I installed the RosarioSIS thru cPanel in both schools. Currently, they are using v8.3 as upgraded. These are the problems that have been encountered:

In BAIS school: when generating Q1 Report Card (GPA is selected) the GPA is not calculated, it only show 0.00/4. but selecting the "Total" (not the GPA) it is working. Please refer to the attached screenshots below:

In AAI school: when generating Q1 Report Card (I used the demo course & demo students) the GPA is also not calculated. So I tried to created sample Assignments for Q2 and generated RC both the Q1 and Q2. The Q2 GPA is working/calculated but the Q1 is not. Please refer to the screenshots below:

I don't know if there are missing configurations in the system or a glitch... Please help! Thank you

This issue has already been addressed by email.
If you remember well, we found out your Grading Scale had "0" points. Did you change that and did you save each final grades again?

Yes I understand that you already addressed it in my email. I changed the "0" points to "4" and did save each final grades following your instructions. But the issue still the same and no changes happened in the output of RC based on the screenshots.

On the AAI school, Can you also consider why the Q1 GPA does not calculate and it only calculate on the Q2?

My guess is the GPA was correctly calculated for Q2 because you have made the change to your grading scale before entering final grades for Q2.

Maybe you did not correctly save the final grades for past quarters. Did you click on each grade (the grade with a dotted line under it) before saving?
