Looking for minor customization of main dashboard

As admin, when I signed on, I see a list of overdue task for different class.

This default dashboard has two columns: "Date", "Period Days - Short Name - Teacher",
can I have more than "Period Days - Short Name - Teacher"?

For example, "Period Days - Short Name - Teacher - Secondary Teacher" ?
