Error after installing in Configuration module under School (500)

After config file and installing database, I get an error when accessing the school configuration.
Ajax error 500.

I tried creating another institution and still the same error.

Tried creating a new database and reinstalling database and config file again and same error.

Im trying to change the language and settings. I even tried language on config file and its not working.

If you are on shared hosting, have you tried deactivating mod_security? (if you do not know how to, you can contact your host support).
mod_security is known to block Configuration.php.

If this does not fix the issue, please report the Apache error log message related to this 500 error. (same here, if you do not know where to look, ask your host for support).
