Hello,
I am trying to integrate Rosariosis with Moodle and so far I have been following the steps. I am not at Step 3.7 where you create functions. I have no idea what to do here
3.7 Add functions
— Select all the functions except the deprecated ones
Can someone please clarify I Would totally appreciate it.

At step 3.7, you must go back to Overview: Site Administration > Plugins > Webservices > Overview.
Click step "6. Add functions".
In the "Custom Services" list, click on "Functions".
Finally click on "Add functions".
From there you can select all functions and add them to your Webservices user.

Thanks for your swift reply. I have selected most of the functions and I have completed the process. I have tested it and it was successful. What is the next step as in how do I get the 2 programs to communicate. I haven't seen any changes. What new capabilities does this integration provides?
Will RosarioSIS users be imported to moodle? Will these users have the same login credentials for both portals?

Thanks for this plugin. I am new to RosarioSIS. Well done for this system.
I managed to integrate. Course creation and users(students/teacher) is working.
- What I don't see working is the assignment of teachers to their subjects.
- I notice that when a teacher is created without a password in RosarioSIS, they can't login or change password in RosarioSIS. Kindly explain the interaction here.

OK I have done the set up for the integration. How do I actually integrate the two? Because nothing actually happened after successfully connecting to Moodle.

bensly Were you able to figure everything out? I just integrated the two and I see the option in RosarioSIS to create the user or student in Moodle, but I don't see anything in the courses or course periods.

Good. You should now have "Create user in Moodle" and "Create course period in Moodle" checkboxes.

I now see these options and they work fine, however, I do not see this option when creating teachers. Teachers are not being added to moodle and they are not set at course teachers when a course is created. Any idea why?

Of course, you need a password to log into the system (and to be able to reset your password using the "Password help" link).

I am on the similar step to install both and to intergrate the systems. Quick question, after the integration, will students who paid to a course on Rosariosis be registered to the linked course on Moodle? The git doc does not mention this part, I think. If this works, all payment activities can be integrated to Rosariosis.

I suppose here you are using the Billing Elements module.

If students purchase the course via the Billing Elements (Store) module, the README states the module is compatible with the Moodle plugin, so yes, they will be enrolled in Moodle too.

To sum up about Moodle integration:
If you read the posts above, one person will have issues with adding teachers, another one with adding course periods, and finally another one with assigning teachers to their subjects.

The recommendations are:

Carefully read the README and follow the Moodle Integrator setup
Configuring Moodle is not easy, and each step is important. If something is not working, review each step, you may have missed something.
If you want to report an error, follow those instructions

If you encounter an error related to the Moodle integrator, please activate the debug mode (Site administration > Development > Debugging).

If you have no error message, then this is likely not an error but a misconfiguration / misunderstanding.

It is difficult to answer you without having direct access to your Moodle and RosarioSIS.
The forum may not be the most appropriate place to find answers in this case.
